Resilient Roots Rochester provides a critical bridge between crisis and healing. Our trauma-informed programs are designed to support youth, families, and adults in Monroe County. We work closely with schools, hospitals, and community organizations to ensure that every individual has a clear pathway to stabilization and long-term recovery.
